Working out everyday. I have committed to AT LEAST 30 minutes of walking each day. Just to commit to do something everyday is huge. I am worth it, my health is worth it and I feel a million times better....one foot in front of another, baby steps....

Thursday, February 18, 2010 - 12 laps Walk - 1/2 hour walk/run, 2 sets weights
Friday, February 19, 2010 - 13 laps Walk - 1/2 hour walk/run, 3 sets weights
Saturday, February 20, 2010 - Walk with Tessa Outside - 40 min walk
Sunday, February 21, 2010 - Walk with Tessa Outside - 60 min walk
Monday, February 22, 2010 - 16 laps in Pool, 15 min water jogging
Tuesday, February 23, 2010 - 6 laps Walk - 15 min walk, 15 min treadmill walk, 2 sets weights, 120 abs
Wednesday, February 24, 2010 - 13 laps Walk - 35 min walk, 3 sets weights, 100 abs, 1 hour Yoga
Thursday, February 25, 2010 - Off
Friday, February 26, 2010 - 20 laps in Pool, 10 min water jogging
Saturday, February 27, 2010 - Circuit workout, 10 laps run, weights in between - 1 hour
Sunday, February 28, 2010 - 30 laps in Pool, 10 min water jogging
Monday, March 1, 2010 - Walk on treadmill - 1/2 hour
Tuesday, March 2, 2010 - 12 minute row, 22 min spin bike, downward dog knee ups
Wednesday, March 3, 2010 - Chair Yoga - 1 hour
Thursday, March 4, 2010 - 13 laps walk - 1/2 hour walk on track, stretching
