A beautiful night for a walk. I'm getting back into a routine and building up to some running. Still reaching for that as a goal. Sometimes I feel tired after work and don't want to go work out. I am a morning workout person by nature. But I am telling myself that I just need to GET THE EXERCISE IN - ANYTIME in the day. It's all about priorities..
My walk after supper.
The two most important things I NEED to accomplish in the day are 1. Exercise & 2. Eat healthy, after that everything else is a bonus. I was going to say "after that everything else is "gravy" but thought the irony would be too much, ha, ha....
I stopped to smell the flowers. I'm not sure what this is but it is a beauty.
Once I was outside I was so happy to be out in nature.
I did a really good walk with Tessa about 1 hour. It felt great.

The last days of summer; it is such a special time of the year. The light is so great.
