That's all I got tonight. Not too exciting but I wanted to post to keep up to date. It doesn't look too appetizing and it was a weird combination. But it was very tasty. The meatloaf was turkey and from Jamie Oliver's new Food Revolution Cookbook (LOVE IT) it is called Jamie Oliver's Ministry of Food in the UK. I added some corn, 1 tbsp of hummus, and 1 bit of feta cheese to jazz it up. This was lunch.
I got a bunch of vegetarian cookbooks out from the library today because I am interesting in cooking more vegetarian options. Especially grains and legumes and veggie dishes. Hope to try new recipes soon.
Thursday Workout (today):
Went to the gym and did weights - bench press, shoulder press, arm extension, triceps. Some squat and 100 abs of various sorts (5 sets of 20). Then I did 20 minutes of deep water running because my knee is still sore.
It was a good day.
