Step number one: Eat more of these.
Step number two, watch my portion sizes. Dinner tonight I had mostly veggies with a reasonable serving of pasta-1/2 cup & (homemade) meat sauce- 1/2 cup.
Step number 3: Be happy with these two baby steps for tonight because this is a step in the right direction.
Step number 4: Try and de-stress like my dog does. She's the queen of de-stressing.
Step number 5: Continue to work on the baby steps, be grateful, choose happiness and live in the moment....
